What content do I have access to?

As a Belga.press user, you’ll have access to all the sources included in your subscription. In addition to the sources covered by your subscription, Belga provides a free package consisting of a number of Belga’s own products, as well as some media that are already freely accessible today.

Common error messages

We naturally try to avoid them, but you may well encounter error messages whilst using the app. This could be linked to external factors, such as your device’s internet connection, but also to the underlying technology and any bugs present in the app itself.

We do our utmost from a technical perspective to ensure that all content is available and up to date in the app. We manage to do this in roughly 99% of cases, although there are always situations where things go wrong – for which we apologise.

Access for non-customers

As mentioned earlier, you can use the app even if you are not a Belgapress customer. After a one-off online registration, you can access a – albeit limited – selection of sources and read items shared with you by other users.

Does the app work on all devices?

The app has been tested on various devices. Generally speaking, if your Android or iOS device is less than three years old, you should be able to use the app. Please do get in touch with us at [email protected] if you do encounter any problems with your device.
