The tab at the bottom right is for Belga Now. It is used to access the Belga wire service. While a newsletter represents a snapshot in time, a live feed provides a continuous stream of information.
On the Belga Press page itself, you can search for thing that have your interest.
Belga Now provides constant updates on global events. If you are interested in a specific area, you can select a topic or keywords below the search bar, specifically under the filters. Additional themes are listed below that.
To read a live update, simply click on it.
You can enter your search query and perform a targeted search using the search bar. This is the grey bar located below “Belga Now.”

Topics
To search for a specific subject, click on “Topics” under the filters. Here, you can choose from a wide range of themes that align with your interests regarding live updates.
Let’s take the topic of Asylum and Migration as an example. We now immediately receive more specific updates regarding, among other things, foreign nationals, emergency aid, and deportations…
Keywords
The most important words or words that describe the context, are found at the very bottom of the filters under “Topics.” These keywords allow you to focus on an element that highlights what the subject is about.
Let’s take the keyword ‘attacks’ as an example. We then get various articles about Ukraine, manhunts, bomb attacks…
Broader themes
The bar below the search bar and filter determines the broader themes. If you want to delve deeper into a specific theme, such as politics or sports, you can do so here.
